A version history can be seen on [GitHub](https://github.com/exercism/website-copy/edit/main/pages/code_of_conduct.md).
Visiting https://github.com/exercism/website-copy/edit/main/pages/code_of_conduct.md in incognito asks you to log in; visiting under my user says "You need to fork this repository to propose changes.". It would probably be better if the link actually linked to the version history, as the sentence implies it might.
Perhaps a link to the list of commits changing that file would suit this purpose? https://github.com/exercism/website-copy/commits/main/pages/code_of_conduct.md
(I don't need to be the one making this change so it's fine if it's made by someone else upon reaching agreement as to what the link should be)
