Rumor is an open source Unity3D framework for writing dialog trees. It provides an easy to use language for writers and an easy to use API for coders. This framework only handles parsing and execution and is not an engine like Ren'Py or Twine. This means that while it does not provide any visual styles of its own, you have complete freedom to implement your own.
