Langue support on Signature type #1054

Thanks to issues in
#653
#784
we can use pathfinder in non-English localization eve clients.
But this feature does not support signature type.

Looks
signatureGroups have a name and label tab, while signature types don't.

Can it be improved by someone else so that the signature reader can read signature types from other languages?
