Add TinyMCE v6/v7 as editor option #1557

TinyMCE v6 deprecates some features, but is the latest version. It seems to be a drop-in replacement for v5. A bigger question is whether this should be a separate editor option or simply an upgrade to the TinyMCE v5 option.

They seem to have moved to a subscription model with nag screens in the latest versions. Also, the plugin api has changed, so our 2 plugins may need to be rewritten
