The trimming algorithm for 'upcoming events' removes today's instance of recurring event instead of only all recurring same events. Intent to to only show the first upcoming event in a recurring event and we remove the event for today from that list and keep the next one.

This may be a timezone conversion issue? E.g., what timezone is the server, php, & Exponent

Problem appears on certain servers...doesn't seem to be related to php.ini timezone vs ExponentCMS timezone. I cannot reproduce locally, but it appears with my host servers.
