Describe the bug
Hoover zoom not working .

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Imagefap.com
Hoover on images under "10 free downloads...etc"
Scroll down to any image , hoover on it , not working.

Expected behavior
Open large image.

Screenshots
The main problem is quirks mode , I guess. I'm not an expert, but It worked until two or three weeks ago.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Win 7
Chrome 109
