Seelen UI - Individual Contributor License Agreement (CLA)
Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Seelen UI project. By submitting a contribution to the Project, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Grant of License: By submitting a contribution to the Project, you grant the Project Owner a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and sublicense your contribution, as well as any derivative works thereof, under the terms of the open-source license under which the Project is distributed.

Copyright: You represent that you are the legitimate author of the submitted contribution or that you have the necessary rights to grant the license described in point 1 above.

Warranties: You acknowledge that your contribution is provided "as is" and that you waive any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Representations and Warranties: You warrant that the contribution you submit does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and in the event of any third-party claim arising out of or related to your contribution, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Project Owner and its affiliates, agents, licensees, and sublicensees.

Acceptance: By submitting your contribution to the Project, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
