As a program user
I want more options in the settings popup as well pagination (appearance settings on one page, simulation settings on another, reset to default/save/cancel buttons, and more).
So that I can better customize my development experience.

Request Description
Implement a proper paged settings menu with reset save and cancel buttons irregardless of the page. General, Appearance, and Simulation settings should be pages by default.
