Attempting to download User Bookmarks fails

Given I am a user who is successfully logged in and has (a ton of bookmarks on AO3)
And I am using froyo-v02.0-beta_windows
When I click "Add Bookmarks"
Then I see Bookmarks (username) Loading bookmarks by user (username)...
and then a blank screen

The log shows the following repeated:
