Describe the Bug

I couldn't find lot of information regarding the Xplore TV from A1 Austria... I could only find out that the IPTV should be on VLAN4 (WAN side). How to find out the WAN Ranges? For the predecessor (called A1-TV) the DNS server server=/ngm.highway.telekom.at/213.33.42.97, dns server primdns=213.33.42.97 secdns=213.33.42.113

How can I find out these information in order to make the IPTV working? Do I also need to create some special firewall rules?

Expected Behavior

IPTV should work on the A1 reciever, which is connected to a network port #3 of the UDM-SE (on a seperate VLAN4 (LAN side).
Native MulticastDNS and IGMP proxy of Unifi is disabled for the VLAN4 (LAN side)

But the IPTV is still not working. what am I missing and could I try now?

up to now I didn't get any further infos from my provider... nevertheless I captioned the WAN traffic with wireshark:
192.168.4.96 is the IP adress of my tv-box...

sadly the support hotline does not give any information because it is not their router... :(

nevertheless, I found a guy in a forum who did something similar (but with cisco hardware)

he wrote [translated into englisch]:

Anyway, I still have a little idea left from days where I rebuilt this with Cisco, basically it's a simple DHCP client interface on VLAN4 where you mimic the MAC OUI of a device used at A1.

How the UDM handles the 2nd DNS zone... could be that this is also learned via DHCP, with Cisco I had to solve this with split DNS.

I tried the following, but the error is still there (i do not get a ip-lease from the dhcp):

I am not sure if I have to put the MAC of the A1 router or the MAC of the iptv reciever nor I do not know if I should assign it as MAC adress for the WAN port or as iptv Mac in the config of udm-iptv?
Does somebody know how I can handle the secound dns zone with the UDM SE? (server=/ngm.highway.telekom.at/213.33.42.97)

i now connected the original a1 router and checked the log files, where I found one interesting line (192.168.0.220 was the iptv box):
