Ability to open terminal only after commands from another has completed.

I would like the ability to open a terminal only after another terminal has uped a docker container. I don't see a way of doing this with the current api, it could perhaps be done if issue #12 was implemented?

I wish I knew what I was doing with regard to vscode extensions.
