The new Ensemble and Assimilation Tool (EAT) combines FABM with GOTM and PDAF to enable data assimilation in 1D water column models. It also support estimation of biogeochemical parameters. A high-level description including examples can be found in the preprint. Information about installation and use can be found on the EAT wiki.
