Very concise and neat.
Lovely and organised folder structures.
I think you have a much better understanding of React so my feedback isn't that helpful!
README? Come on Nich!
Not all the elements play a sound - yellow, green, pink, blue
The pad pieces go funky on small screen
Import some elements that yoo don't use.
Could delete index.css
