How I get my best work done:

• I like processing aloud and like talking things through.
• When I need to really get to work I need quiet or background noise to help me stay focused.
• I have trouble splitting focusing this means:
  • If I'm looking at a screen or reading something I may not being listening if you speak to me. Just try again to get me attention if you need it.
  • I have trouble focusing when lots of people are speaking in a group so I my need to put on noise to drown things out.

The role I usually take in a team:

• I'm comfortable in front of people so I sometimes take a spokesperson or lead role.
• I also really like to help facilitate and adapt to what a group dynamic needs.

My communication style:

• I like direct communication and honesty.
• Speaking aloud can help me process.
• I would rather talk things through then bottle them up, even if it make me uncomfortable.

What I value:

• Kindness and positivity.
• Learning and creating.
• Being open, understanding and unafraid of change.
• A belief in the greater good.

What people misunderstand about me:

• That I really am that earnest.

How I like to get my feedback:

• I don't mind criticism, but it's nice when it's packaged with some positivity too.

• Good short term recall and memorization.
• Like to understand the why as well as the how.
• Can sometimes get lost in the details.
• Abstractions of concepts can sometime take me awhile to develop.

Programming

• creative coding and using css for art purposes.
• Making things pretty and responsive design
