How I get my best work done:

I work well on a schedule, I try to break problems up into tasks to try and be as efficient as possible. In a weird way I think I work best when I have a deadline.

The role I usually take in a team:

I am not the best public speaker so I don't usually take a leadership role, but I always give my input and contribute with ideas and solutions.

My communication style:

I'm a good listener. I'm always interested in learning from people

What I value:

Good communication and and honest feedback.

What people misunderstand about me:

I can be quiet at times, I'm not the best a talking in front of an 'audience' but I'm far from shy. I ask people a lot of questions which probably comes across as nosey but I am genuinely interested in hearing people's experiences and backgrounds

How I like to get my feedback:

Honest and straight up. I appreciate being told where I can do better.

Technical strengths & weaknesses:

I think my strengths are CSS and Javascript. My weakness is probably design and UI/UX

Interests (programming or otherwise!):

My background is in sound engineering so anything to do with the technical side of sound and music. I play (probably too much) video games. Long suffering Arsenal Fan
