[0.61.0-rc.0] Namespace issue with modules and functions

React Native version:
0.61.0-rc.0

Steps To Reproduce

1. Import a module with a name common with a const in a function

import { reducer as auth } from './auth';

function api(state) {
    const { auth } = state;
    ...
}

Describe what you expected to happen:

In this version I get the following error "auth" is read-only on line 4.

This worked fine in previous versions.
