I first had this issue as well:

I switched to python 2.7 and got this one next.

Yeah I think the workaround is to rollback to v0.301.0 for now. (I don't know how to resolve the underlying 'msbuild' issue here, but we'll probably remove "jest" from the dependencies for the next release.)
