Version on brew is still 2.4 and does not support XCode 7.
Please update brew to 2.6.

Version of xctool on homebrew should be 0.2.6: Homebrew/legacy-homebrew#44090. My PR was merged 6 days ago.

Just verified that brew returns 0.2.6.

You might need to brew update first.
