Detect incognito mode

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My website depends on certain features, like OPFS, which only works in some browsers in incognito mode. Being able to detect usage of incognito mode will allow me to properly warn users that my site literally will break, e.g. in Safari in Incognito mode.
