Faker::Coffee was added after the v1.7.3 release. v1.7.3 was released February 4, 2017. Coffee was added March 18, 2017: 2825578

I am using the most updated Faker gem, and I too received this error.

@vernistage as per @rolyatwilson this module is not added in latest gem version.
If you want to use this module, you need to add
gem 'faker', :git => 'https://github.com/stympy/faker'
line in your Gemfile

This is available in the 1.8.0 release.
