Sync public/private key between Fambit installations #35

Rather than every machine having its own fambit wallet, it would be neat-o if Fambit synced between logged-in Chrome/FF/Opera browsers.

We'd be syncing:

Per-visit donation percentage
Banned domains
Public key (bitcoin address)
Private key

Looks like Firefox/Opera don't yet support browser.storage.sync, so this issue will have to wait

Firefox is "in the game", having implemented sync. C'mon Opera, buckle up buddy
