Improve vite compatibility

Currently farm's adaptability to vite is still not high, there are a lot of very useful plugins like vite-plugin-vue-devtools that can't be coupled with farm for the time being. So we still need more work to adapt vite plugin.

Task List

• Improve config and config types
• Update config types like vite
• Add more runtime settings like vite
• Add resolve callout like vite
