F-Droid update soon ?

Hello,
I've just downloaded Notepad from f-droid, and i see the version available there is 2.3.7, far from the 3.0 rewrite. Any plan on updating soon ?

What do you mean tracked at Gitlab ? should i report this version difference over at Gitlab ? is that it ?
I mean: isn't it the maintainer's job to report new versions and queue them for inclusion in the F-Droid repo ?

If a developer want to update the app at F-Droid, you should able to see his pull request at GitLab.

Fair enough… but i'm fairly lost i don't know where to search.
I figured asking would be more simple :/

I wasn't involved in the setup for getting Notepad built on F-Droid, I only gave approval for it to be listed there, so I'm kinda in the dark as to why they haven't been building the 3.0.x versions.

I had a look at the issue you had opened and I read this:

What would solve this issue?

I hope that the problem would be resolved soon and Notepad will be updated to the latest release on F-Droid.

Why not bump this https://github.com/farmerbb/Notepad/blob/118/gradle/libs.versions.toml#L33 to 0.15.0 so it needs compose 1.2.0 which is available from the trusted maven repos https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.jetbrains.compose.runtime/runtime/1.2.0 ?

Thanks for the suggestion. I updated the dependency and removed the untrusted repo in c3c14b4 and tagged a new release 119.
