[Feature Request] Permanently visible scroll bar

Attempting to use Notepad on an e-ink device is... painful to say the least. Opening a long note (several screens) and, given the fact that the text always opens at the top, makes the whole thing unusable on slow refresh screens. An (optional) scroll bar, always visible (because only showing the scroll bar during the crawl-scroll on e-ing will defeat the purpose) would do wonders.
