Update nunjucks to latest release #38

Hi all,
I just see that a new release of Nunjucks is available, so could be good to use it.
See here.
And update other dependencies too, but keep Fastify to pre-1.0.x (0.43.0), ok ?

you can got to the latest version of fastify as well.

Sorry but I see that in 'package.json' release is still 0.7.0 ... I just added a new PR: PR#40
