Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

With v1.0.0 all fields are always returned because they are returned as a GraphQLJSONObject. By writing custom Scalar Object Types subfield selections can be made.

Custom Scalar types should be written

Additional context

The SpaceX API also has this kind of system
