Is there any way to convert those Hex to Image format?

What? There's no Hex. The images are saved in a blur filter. So no chance to get the unblured picture

well if you read the source, then you will see the comment from the author that says the returned is in hex format

Well, the documentation is highly outdated and now, the endpoint returns a blurred image, and I also noticed sometimes a pictures that has NOTHING to do with the user (on Web version)
