The containers that are automatically built and pushed to Quay live in the fido-fdo organization which doesn't map to the previous GitHub org where this repo lived (fedora-iot) nor the new org of fdo-rs.
i.e. quay.io/fido-fdo/owner-onboarding-server
Can we rename the Quay org to match the current GitHub org?
I think this would improve the association between the location of the containers and the location of the code.
