To visually set up this new visualization, we will need to build out new design patterns and couple it with existing patterns to create the layout and look and feel for this visualization.

Completion criteria:

• For visualization decide whether or not we are using D3 to create this
• Create feature flags for this spending hcart
• Build and insert design patterns without any logic or interaction onto the spending-bythenumbers page
• Include the form elements, but not the typeahead capabilities
• Add new design patterns to pattern library for future reference
