We upgraded the Fedora Infrastructure splitter to the version in fedora-modularity and while it seemed to work, a lot of the comparisons for default modules were broken. Where parts of the perl were mixed. Still trying to figure out what is broken to fix.
EPEL 8 builds fail in buildSRPMFromSCM stage.
root.log says:

DEBUG util.py:634: - nothing provides libperl.so.5.26()(64bit) needed by perl-TermReadKey-2.37-7.el8.ppc64le
DEBUG util.py:634: - nothing provides perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.26.2) needed by perl-TermReadKey-2.37-7.el8.ppc64le
There seems to be a mismatch in perl versions, some packages have been updated to use 5.30 while some are still trying to use 5.26.
