Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when... I have to restore the EFI and Boot partition in case some other OS or utility decides to make them unusable.

Describe the solution you'd like
Basically, there should be a utility to boot into and restore both EFI partition and boot partition. Windows does have one (through the installation media), but it's pretty much disruptive.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Reinstalling everything again, at new subvolumes, and then swapping them in fstab.
