Docker images compiled towards RiskV hardware

Motivation

• Considering buying riskV hardware as my media server
• FoundryVTT is on my media server

Example

Not sure how this applies here, we would be able to run the images on RiskV-based hardware

Pitch

RiskV is the future, if staying ahead is easy, why not do it today.

I think this would be a great addition. Once there is a stable NodeJS image for the architecture I'll add support for it.
