Add an option to load azure publish profile

Just a suggestion. It would make it even easier to use the application if users could load azure publish profiles instead of looking for credentials...
(It's a great tool though...thanks for it ;))

It's a good idea, but I'm afraid that I won't come around to it anytime soon.

If anybody (or you) wants to implement this and make a PR, I'd gladly merge - so I'll leave this open just in case anybody wants to take it :)
