Training for 1024*1024 resolution took too much time

Hi,
I'm training 1024*1024 resolution for grayscale. Training is very slow.
Could you please tell me how I can improve the running time?

Are you trying 10241024 because many spotty phenomena appear in the results learned with 512512?
It seems inevitable because it is 4 times larger than 512512.
It may not be necessary to go up to 10241024 to eliminate blurring. You have to try it to find out. You should try it. Have you tried it at 720*720?
