nd2rancid doesn't touch th erouter.db file if there are no devices in that
group - this means that if there was a typo, and something landed in
"other", and then left "other", that the typo remains because nd2rancid
doesn't wipe out the config.  It should explicitly zero any config files
that it didn't touch.
