loader配合packager-map的问题 #75

（1）packager-map合并出common.js，并将其依赖放在common.js前，导致和和入口文件的js不能合并一个js。有办法自动合并一个js吗？

（2）若页面中零散js只是入口js时，并不会执行allinone配置转化为期望文件名，如何执行？
