[enhancement] Add option to combine monitors into a single item in top panel

Rather than having up to four separate items it would be ideal if I could combine them into one that is clickable for a larger summary ala Freon. I use this as a complement to Freon and this would make for a more consistent UI. Thinking larger it would be nifty if someone merged these efforts into a single control, but obviously this is outside the scope of this project.
