Buffer or sync change

I don’t know how to describe the issue correctly but a delay has developed. I’ve tried changing the refresh type and even disabling(this makes it worse). But I’m at about 15-20 second delay on low refresh, this increases by a few seconds to normal and then to none past what mobile delay is. This app has typically been in line with desktop version. I’ve tried multiple TVs. Is there anything I can send that might show what is happening or is there an issue you’re currently aware of?

have you changed the low latency feature of the player?

Or the settings buffers?

For the buffer don't change it, keep it as low as possible, 0.25 is the best for most devices, you can try 0.1.

For latency, the Lowest mode must be 1 to 4 seconds delay, Normal 2 to 8, and disabled 14 to 16, the values vary on it stream.

Choose the one you feel works better, as the lower the latency is more prone to re-buffers the player will become.
