Please describe the feature.
Would be nice to highlight certain users messages in chat.

Some streamers refer to certain members in chat quite often due to personal relations, but when chat is moving too quickly it's easy to miss their messages.

Having a list that can be pulled from to always highlight messages from these users, similar to mod messages or @streamer messages could help alleviate this issue

Additional context or samples

Chatterino has this system implemented and I think it could work in a similar way.
