Line chart - Y axis values/slider/title overlaping

When the values in the line chart are large digits, it causes an unwanted overlapping of the information:

Also, the mix of values all over the place creates confusion for the user. The slider values and the axis scale are distinct, but seems to be nested one into the other.

One solution could be to reduce the size of the font on the chart axis:

Another solution could be to relocate the Y axis slider (or the chart scale and title) to the right of the chart:
