Setting host_ip to '' fails to bind port forwarding to all interfaces.

This fails on 0.6.x if you specify a null string. I can only get it to work with a proper IP (say, '0.0.0.0'). Should be noted in the docs.

Should we automagically map '' to nil (which has the same effect IIRC)?

Anyway, I'd be ok with '*', '::', etc. Any of the normal ways one specifies "any". :)
