Kind 34 change has not been published to the chrome store

The kind 34 change is committed to this repository as of today ( 21 sept 2022), but it hasn't been published on chrome store ( where I checked, likely also not updated on firefox store).

It was not.
This repository is temporarily abandoned.

But kind 34 was never standardized as a NIP, I think we agreed to not use it at all and just use kind 1 along with a "context" event for maximum interoperability. There is a discussion in the NIPs repo.
