Department by Department

Anthropology [EC; JK]

• Measurement tab ticket in zendesk from Elana and Jamie. Will take a look this week.

Botany [WG; TW]

• TCN grant coming online, imaging is happening but Daniel will be uploading images in the coming months. Currently slow because we are still not in the building. Likely to ramp up when there is a larger scale opening up for the building.
• Are setting up home imaging stations for people and taking specimens home.

Geology [PM; WS]

• Will switch on the 2nd specimen tab so that they can use collector and collection number fields to update collectionevents
• “The collection event field wasn't automatically updating so when I generated labels they didn't always have the correct locality, but it seems to be working fine now, I checked a bunch of records and everything looks fine. Once the collector fields are available in - Paleobotany I will add moving that data to my list of things to do.” From Cathy via PM

Photo Archives [NC]

• Working with Elana cleaning up records. Having an issue with Anthro seeing Photo Archives images. Send a helpdesk a ticket with some example irns for us to look at.
• Still plodding through the JW harddrives. Needs refresh to finish up before the uploads can continue.
• Nina is working on a Photo archives list of subject keywords for use in multimedia.

Herps [JM]

• Cleaning up parties. Deletes are really slow. Group and save for later.

Birds [No one]

Fishes [SM; CM]

• All good (so far)

Mammals [no one]

Insects [RB; RD]

• Sites is slow going. Need to get the refresh and maintenance up and running.

Inverts [No one]

Action [TS; ZK; MT; NH]

• Playing with DAMS to see if it’ll be helpful.
• Update to birds ipt dataset.

• Sites - 100k remaining to refresh
• MM refresh continuing (Axiell)
