如标题：

  1. 删除目前 pool-run和solo-run，统一为 venus-market run启动;
  2. 移除依赖venus-auth的矿工管理方式，改为venus-market自己配置；

附带问题：对于孵化器中market的历史数据如何移到用户部署在SP端的venus-market数据库？
