Cannot install runtime from the extension anymore

I had this too! I managed to solve it by installing the runtime manually. Of course, as soon as the runtime will need to be updated, the extension won't work so it will have to be done manually as well unless the extension fixes this problem

It's because the install command now has an additional parameter, but the extension hasn't been updated to provide it. I'll try to fix that soon.
