The print setup / page setup dialogs which are invoked from Print Preview should be a little smarter:

  1. Their Owner property should be set to the Print Preview dialog.
  2. If possible, their StartPosition property should be set to CenterOnParent.

The desire is to have them appear w/o showing in the task bar, and centered over the print preview dialog instead of random location.
