Install firebase-tools and Node library to project \firestore and firestore\functions
adding firebase configuration to firestore\src\environments\environment.prod.ts and firestore\src\environments\environment.default.ts
than manually compiled two folders \firestore and firestore\functions (because nobody in Windows environment knows what mean this command "npm install && (cd functions && npm install)"
