Hi, I have recently been trying to get into mining.
I am trying to mine Sumokoin, but when I try to start up the exe file, windows tells me it contains a virus and I can not open it. this is my config file.
config.txt

My AMD radion drivers are up to date and I can not find a solution to this anywhere,

Any help would be much appreciated!

Personally I always compile it by hand after looking over the code. Although it's arguably a little easier on linux, the windows (assuming since you mention the exe file) instructions are clear and with a fast internet connection you can be done in 30 minutes.

Well, I followed the instructions exactly, and with only one step to go it does not run the exe when I try to start it because windows says that it contains a virus.
I am not a coding genius and have no idea how to troubleshoot this outside of googling, and since nothing came up I am pleading for help here.
Since you mentioned it, yes I am indeed on windows 7 and have very good internet.

Alternatively you could try and compile it by hand. Since you don't "know" code I'm not sure this would be helpful but honestly it's not that hard and since you can get Visual Studio Community Edition for free from Microsoft it also doesn't cost anything (except HD space and time). Before you do that, I recommend you try psychocrypt's recommendation and whitelist the executable and try that first. See if it's worth it on your machine before you put the time into learning how to compile.
