Add turbulence outputs

We should consider adding outputs of turbulence for smokejumper parachute operations and possibly fire behavior use. We could use turbulence intensity from OpenFOAM. Some options would be to just display the surface level turbulence intensity, or other derived fields, such as the vertically integrated turbulence intensity (maybe over jumper drop heights, we'd have to see how useful this is).
