An arbitrary limit was set to 100 pixels to fill no data. The filler is intended to handle SRTM shadows, which are typically tens of pixels at most. It can be used to fill reprojected file borders. I don't think this is a good use case, but if it is, we should revisit the arbitrary limit. Whatever we decide, better documentation needs to be written in the tutorials.

I think we should leave the limit at 100, and provide a runtime configuration for more.

Sounds good to me.
